We have a dedicated Customer Involvement team – making sure we offer you opportunities to influence and improve how we provide our housing services.
Whether you complete a survey, take part in one of our service improvement groups, or join our resident board, your feedback and insight can help us to be a better landlord.

We’re focusing on vulnerability |
To ensure that we provide the best possible service to all our customers, we’ve created a new Vulnerability team – created to support our vulnerability policy.
Along with our Customer Involvement team, our Vulnerability team worked with our customer focus group, on how we train colleagues around vulnerability.

Keeping you safe - please don’t use gas cylinders in your home |
Keeping you, your home, and your neighbours safe is our priority. As set out in your tenancy agreement, please don’t use or store gas cylinders in your home.
If you do have a gas cylinder in your home, please make arrangements to have it removed immediately. If you need gas cylinders for medical purposes, please use them strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.. |
